New Session starts
off right
After
finishing third for
the first time ever
and another
disappointing loss
in the first round
of the playoffs,
Team BEER ME looked
to be losing
everything that made
them so dominant.
They could have just
folded and said
enough is enough,
but instead they
came out and battled
for a tough fought
come from behind
win. Despite
missing defenseman
Fred Legere, and
forwards Nate Klahen
and Phil Clause (see

Back to the Winning
Ways
It
turned ugly by the
end of the night,
and one Beer Me
player only played
three shifts before
he go the gate, but
through all of it,
Beer Me posted their
second win of the
season. As the
Beer Me blue took on
Gin Mill for the
first time this
season, it seemed
the two team picked
up where they left
off. The game
was consistently
physical through
out. Both
sides started the
tempo high and hard.
Unlike their last

season together.
The scoring got
started early with a
pass from Beer Me

Team Beer Me Gets
Some Press
Beer
Me is becoming a
more talked about
name as of late.
Since their
inception back in
the Spring of 2002,
Beer Me has made a
small name for
themselves in the
niche of the Fort
Wayne roller hockey
community.
Love them or hate
them, Beer Me has
been the longest
running and most
successful team in
Plex roller hockey

with their success
Beer Me has remained
a small relatively
un-talked about name

Words of
wisdom that can only come
from years of experience |

"I forgot my equipment, but
I have my sticks!"
~Phil Clause, after he arrived
at 6 thinking our game started
at 6:30. He then informed
us that he forgot to pack is
gear into his car, he did
however pack his bag and leave it
at his house. |
